If you’re roleplaying with other agents who are just as lost as you—You’re not practicing. You’re reinforcing shitty habits.

Here’s why:

You don’t learn to lead from someone still learning how to speak.

But most agents right now? They’re drilling their cold call scripts, objection handling, and closes with someone who hasn’t booked a single appointment in weeks.

And if that’s you—I say this with love:
