13 years ago I had a viral infection in my inner ear which shut down the nervous system on my left side and gave me severe balance problems. Been working on this ever since and i am vastly improoved.
I now believe my next step is to get the vagus healed since my inner ear is again fully functional. It sems like it is trapped either in the neck and/or the diaphragm where there is muscular tension, this creates a sense of perpetual inner movement (like being on a ship).
Can there be a connection between chronic vertigo and the vagus nerve?
