Lie down and do 20 quick “birthday candle” breaths 🎂 2. Exhale, hug knees to chest, hold briefly 3. Repeat the breaths, then inhale and move into happy baby 👶 4. Shift into vagal breathing: inhale about 4, long hum-exhale about 10, pause 2 🐝 5. Massage the face, jaw, eyes, and forehead 6. Rest on your back and let the breath become a wave 🌊 7. Gently return and get on with your day 8. Try it when you hit that afternoon slump.
