Hi Everyone 👋 Yesterday I wrote a poem for The Walk of Peace, which is a silent step-by-step journey across the USA for 2,200 miles, and with each step, love, compassion, and loving kindness are shared, openly, freely, and unconditionally🙏 Then my dear friend @Mark Eldridge from HapiVibe Movement created a song based on my Poem 'The Earth Holds Its Breath', they are both posted in the threads below, please read, listen, and share in your communities if you feel aligned to do so 🙏 The Earth Holds Its Breath In robes of sunset, maroon and gold, On city streets, a story told, With measured steps, the pavement beats A silent drum where compassion meets. Each footfall, soft, a prayer released, A westward moving, gentle feast For weary eyes—a bold, quiet grace That slows the frantic, human race. They carry nothing but the air, And yet a weight of global care Is in their palms, turned toward the sky, A silent asking: "Why, oh why?" But in the asking, peace is sown Like seeds in hearts and asphalt grown. A bow, a smile—a thread is spun Between the many and the One. So in our halls, let's walk that way, Not just today, but every day. With open hands and quiet might, We turn the inner dark to light. Tribers! My dear wonderful family… Words are powerful!! YOUR words have power. The words you think, the words you speak, and especially the words you sing. ✨Your word is your magic wand! Music carries energy and emotion. When you mix music and words, they can have a deep impact on your life. Yet, some of our most popular music is filled with words that will drag you down, and we’ve got millions of people around the world singing these words out, intensifying their power. I don’t often listen to music with words anymore because of this. If I do, I often find myself changing the lyrics because I refuse to sing destruction into my life. Thoughts on this?

Yooo tribe friends ❤️ I have been meditating since around 2010 and have tried many different guided and unguided sessions. Lately I have been experimenting with these binaural sessions with Thomas Campbell. These are a bit different than the normal binaural ones I have done in the past, where instead of music playing along with the binaural beats, it is simply just the binaural frequencies. It is super simple and pretty easy to get into a deep meditative state. I have downloads for a few samples of his stuff if you wold like.
