Reality...
There’s a difference between observing reality and drifting into stories.
Nature already runs on cycles—moon, sun, planetary motion. These are measurable, repeatable, real. No belief required.
Then comes human overlay: time systems, concepts, labels… sometimes useful, sometimes disconnected. And beyond that—layers of speculation like “star beings” without grounded data.
Not rejecting possibilities. Just prioritizing signal over noise.
If something is real, it leaves traces. Patterns. Evidence. Consistency.
Until then, it’s just mental projection.
That said—every living being carries energy, emits light in its own way. Not metaphorically only, but physically, biologically.
So maybe the truth isn’t in escaping reality…
but in understanding it deeply enough to see how extraordinary it already is.
