πŸ’₯ Think of it like a 20-minute pit stop for your body: not quite a nap, not another push-through, but a clean breath-centered reset when the day starts dragging.
πŸš€ Basic flow:
  1. Lie down and do 20 quick β€œbirthday candle” breaths πŸŽ‚
  2. Exhale, hug knees to chest, hold briefly
  3. Repeat the breaths, then inhale and move into happy baby πŸ‘Ά
  4. Shift into vagal breathing: inhale about 4, long hum-exhale about 10, pause 2 🐝
  5. Massage the face, jaw, eyes, and forehead
  6. Rest on your back and let the breath become a wave 🌊
  7. Gently return and get on with your day
Try it when you hit that afternoon slump.
