π₯ Think of it like a 20-minute pit stop for your body: not quite a nap, not another push-through, but a clean breath-centered reset when the day starts dragging.
π Basic flow:
- Lie down and do 20 quick βbirthday candleβ breaths π
- Exhale, hug knees to chest, hold briefly
- Repeat the breaths, then inhale and move into happy baby πΆ
- Shift into vagal breathing: inhale about 4, long hum-exhale about 10, pause 2 π
- Massage the face, jaw, eyes, and forehead
- Rest on your back and let the breath become a wave π
- Gently return and get on with your day
