So I paused.......Honed the signal....Stabilized.

In many spiritual meanings, it is actually a reminder to rebalance πβ¨
A signal to come back from worryβ¦
Back from overthinkingβ¦
Back from material stressβ¦
Back into the heart, the body, the present moment, and the higher vibe πβ‘οΈπΏ
As an Emotional Intelligence coach, I always teach that the body often detects the signal before the mind can explain it.
The feelings often come first.
The meaning comes after the pause.
That space between reaction and awareness is where emotional intelligence begins π‘π
