I talked to Maestro Mark Masters yesterday and he can arrange a week-long pentathlon training camp after summer nationals fencing championships in July at Arcadia College in Pennsylvania. We have about 7 kids ranging from ages 12-20 who are interested. Tentatively, the camp would run for 6 hours each day with one hour for each event taught by specialists (fencing, swimming, running, laser pistol, and agility/obstacle course). Thank you for this introduction to the pentathlon community. My husband and I fenced for Columbia University back in the 1990s, and I am currently working as an apprentice coach at Fencing Academy of Philadelphia. We have three kids who all fence -- the youngest one recently started training for pentathlon.
