Let's be honest.
The first few days are always fun.
New goals.
New commitments.
New possibilities.
Everybody's excited.
Everybody's motivated.
Everybody's ready to change their life.
Then something happens.
The butterflies leave.
The excitement fades.
Life starts lifing again. 😄
Work gets busy.
Schedules get crazy.
Unexpected things show up.
And suddenly the thing you were excited about becomes something you have to be intentional about.
That's when the real work begins.
Because motivation is a spark.
But consistency is a choice.
And discipline is a habit.
And the people who create meaningful change aren't usually the most motivated.
They're the ones who keep moving after the motivation wears off.
So here's the question for this week:
When the excitement fades, what's your typical response?
Do you get distracted?
Do you get busy?
Do you lose focus?
Do you start overthinking?
Do you quit measuring your progress?
Do you slowly drift back into old habits?
And more importantly...
What's made you stop in the past?
Be honest.
No judgment.
Just awareness.
Because once you know where you've typically gone off track, you're much more likely to recognize it before it happens again.
