💥 Midweek Check-In: Let's Get Specific
One of the biggest mistakes people make when they decide to change is setting goals that sound good but can't be measured. "I want to get healthier." "I want to grow." "I want to be more disciplined." "I want to get closer to God." Those are great desires. They're just terrible scoreboards. 😄 You can't hit a target you can't see. So here's your midweek challenge: Where do you want to be 100 days from now? And be specific. Not: ❌ Grow my business But: ✅ Add 10 new clients ✅ Increase revenue by $2,000/month Not: ❌ Get healthier But: ✅ Lose 15 pounds ✅ Walk 100 miles ✅ Strength train 3x per week Not: ❌ Grow spiritually But: ✅ Read the New Testament ✅ Pray 10 minutes a day ✅ Complete a devotional plan The Comeback isn't about vague intentions. It's about intentional movement. Because what gets measured gets improved. 👇 Drop your measurable 100-day target below. Let's help each other make it real. Lead. Grow. Move. 💥

@Patty Horning Patty, I love that you attached an actual number to the workouts instead of just saying “get stronger.” Curious .. what usually gets in the way of consistency for you when you don’t feel like working out? Time, energy, motivation, or just not knowing what to do that day? Sometimes identifying that obstacle ahead of time is half the battle.

@Jean Hawley Jean, the “communicating effectively and with grace” popped out to me. Have you thought about what that looks like as something you can measure over these 100 days? Maybe not whether the other person responds the way you hope, but whether you communicated the boundary clearly and in a way you felt good about afterward... journaling?
Week 1: The Drift
Full training below! 👇🏼 Once you’ve watched, here’s the assignment: Identify where you’ve drifted and name it. Tell us where that is. Choose one intentional move you’re going to make to stop drifting.
Week 1: The Drift

My drift has been from intentionality into reactivity. I’ve been navigating a major business and financial transition while carrying a lot of responsibility personally and professionally. I haven’t stopped working or pursuing growth, but I’ve allowed urgency, other people’s needs, and fear of losing ground to dictate too much of my attention. Somewhere in that, I’ve drifted from building from vision and purpose to managing what’s immediately in front of me. My intentional move is to reclaim the first part of my day with God and establish my priorities before the demands of the day establish them for me. I want to lead my life from faith, vision, and assignment rather than urgency.
