Every Monday, I'll share an UnShaming Reflection, a weekly prompt to help you slow down and notice what's happening inside you without judgment. Soon, you’ll start seeing yourself through gentler, more curious eyes and over time, these small moments of noticing become the foundation for real self-trust. No pressure to share, but you're always welcome and encouraged to as this will help us all become unshaming witnesses for each other. 💗
✍️ Reflection Prompt
One of the things I learned that changed everything for me was this: shame isn't just a feeling. It's a lens. A way of seeing yourself that got installed so early, you don't even notice it's there. It runs in the background, shaping how you interpret your feelings, your choices, and your worth.
This week, I want to invite you to notice your lens.
👉 What is the voice in the background saying about you most often? And when did you first start believing it was the truth?
No need to fix anything. Just notice. (and share with us if that feels ok)
