He Couldn’t Speak—But He Led Me”
When Kristian was in the hospital, fighting cancer and unable to communicate, I remember him reaching for my hand and simply smiling. That moment taught me what most leadership books can’t: 🟡 Sometimes, presence leads louder than words. 🟡 Leadership isn’t about control—it’s about consistency. 🟡 When life gets loud, stillness speaks. Ever been in a moment where someone led you without saying a word? Let’s talk about that. #Leadership #Parenting #UnshakeableMethod

The 3 Rooms We Must All Carry...
Recently in one our weekly Bible Studies this topic came up of carrying the 3 rooms in your life..I think this is relative to life in general especially in leadership so I wanted to share and gain some of your insights on what room have you been neglecting lately? Here is a take from Tyler as he opened up about the room he is currently neglecting!

The 3 Rooms We Must All Carry...
Which Room Have You Been Neglecting?
In our last Bible study, we talked about the 3 Rooms that every leader, parent, and believer must learn to steward: 1. The Quiet Room – where you meet with God 2. The Living Room – where you show up for your family 3. The War Room – where you make decisions and move vision forward But let’s keep it real — when life gets heavy, we all tend to favor one room while neglecting the others. 👉 The leader might be killing it in the board room but spiritually starving in the secret room. 👉 The burnt-out father might be trying to hold it all together but feels like a ghost in his own home. 👉 The mother might be pouring into everyone else, while quietly battling the lie that she’s not enough. So here’s the question for you, Unshakeable Nation: What room have YOU been neglecting — and what would it look like to return to it today? Drop your honest thoughts below ⬇️ This is a safe space. No fluff. No pretending. 💬 Let’s encourage one another and remind each other of this truth: God is still your source. You’re not called to carry it all alone. He never asked you to be perfect — He just asked you to stay present in the room He called you to steward. We’re in this together. 🛡️
Use Your Gift To Make The Shift
Leadership comes in different forms. I often tell my clients: “Use your gift to make the shift.” Because your gift isn’t just for profit — it’s for purpose. Kristian was born with Down Syndrome — 47 chromosomes instead of 46. That “extra” chromosome? It was a gift. It gave him an 80–90% chance to beat cancer. Without it, he would've only had 30–40%. That taught me something… Leadership isn’t about what’s missing — it’s about recognizing what’s extra inside of you. The same gift that made me a dancer… was the same gift God used to help my son recover. It wasn’t just entertainment — it became healing. In business, talent will get you attention. But it’s your gift that will sustain you in storms. That will remind your children that you didn’t just build an empire — you covered your home. 💡 Leadership Tool: “Gift Mapping” Ask yourself: What’s the gift God gave me that I’m overlooking because it feels “normal”? How can I use that gift TODAY to lead better — in business and at home? Here’s the truth: The world might value your title… But your family? They’re impacted by your presence, your purpose, and your ability to lead with what makes you you. Kristian reminded me that every gift has a mission. Let’s lead well. At home. At work. In life. Drop a 🧬 if you know you were born with something extra that the world needs. 🛡️ — Kenny
