Use Your Gift To Make The Shift
Leadership comes in different forms.
I often tell my clients:
“Use your gift to make the shift.”
Because your gift isn’t just for profit — it’s for purpose.
Kristian was born with Down Syndrome — 47 chromosomes instead of 46.
That “extra” chromosome?
It was a gift.
It gave him an 80–90% chance to beat cancer.
Without it, he would've only had 30–40%.
That taught me something…
Leadership isn’t about what’s missing —
it’s about recognizing what’s extra inside of you.
The same gift that made me a dancer…
was the same gift God used to help my son recover.
It wasn’t just entertainment — it became healing.
In business, talent will get you attention.
But it’s your gift that will sustain you in storms.
That will remind your children that you didn’t just build an empire —
you covered your home.
💡 Leadership Tool: “Gift Mapping”
Ask yourself:
What’s the gift God gave me that I’m overlooking because it feels “normal”?
How can I use that gift TODAY to lead better — in business and at home?
Here’s the truth:
The world might value your title…
But your family?
They’re impacted by your presence, your purpose, and your ability to lead with what makes you you.
Kristian reminded me that every gift has a mission.
Let’s lead well. At home. At work. In life.
Drop a 🧬 if you know you were born with something extra that the world needs.
