And if you’re like me — always on the move, juggling work, coaching, meetings, airports and hotel rooms that all smell the same — you know exactly how fast travel can throw your rhythm off. Different time zones, late flights, skipped routines, terrible hotel pillows, dry airplane air, and that moment when you’re staring at the ceiling at 2:47 AM wondering why your brain thinks it’s noon… yeah, we’ve all been there haha But here’s the truth: you don’t have to sleep terribly when you travel. Your body isn’t the enemy — it’s just trying to keep up. 1. When you travel, which part of your routine falls apart first — your light exposure, your meal timing, or your nighttime wind-down? 2.
