2 most common problems successful but anxious people have..
Did you know that only 1 in 4 people who have anxiety ever get help? I’m a anxiety coach who helps people develop confident and these are the 2 most common problems successful but anxious people have and im going to give you 4 solutions that are actually help Problem # 1 successful anxious people can’t turn off The first solution? Schedule decompression If you can make it to your important meetings then you can make rest a priority. You just have to learn to equally value rest a much as you value productivity and trust me it makes you more productive. Second solution? Deliberate isolation This looks like reinforcing boundaries when you separate from work. Going on a walk? Leave your phone in the car. Sitting on your computer on off hours? Turn your email notifications off. Sitting around the table with your kids, let go of any work related thoughts and enjoy the meal for an hour. Creating distance from work will help make rest easier Problem #2 their relationships suffer at the cost of their success Solution 1 show up with a different identity with your partner than the one you bring to your job If you are too used to solving problems, analyzing metrics and quantifying patterns how do you think your partner would respond to that behavior at home? Recognize there’s a time and place for certain identities and it’s wise to show up in a certain way within partnerships, this too is a skill! Solution 2 leave work at work A lot of the issues from work that we bring into relationship’s comes from bringing the stress home. Yes it may have been a stressful day but that’s no reason to allow that stress to contaminate your safe and very different home space. Spend 2 minutes in your car before entering your home to breath deeply and let the day go and know that you can leave your problems behind for a few hours each night and the world will not end.

Best tips for anxiety
If there were only 3 tips on the entire planet to help anxious people keeping in mind im a anxiety coach who has worked with countless anxious people These are what my absolute top 3 tips would be… Tip #1 orient yourself before you try to regulate A lot of the time when our nervous system gets triggered as if there is a threat near by we will become hyper focused on the threat and lose awareness of our surroundings. To counteract this hyper aroused focus a great tip is to actually open up you awareness by focusing specifically on your surroundings This does 2 things first it give you more information about your situation so you can feel safer and more equipped to deal with what is going on And second it grounds you more into this reality by taking you into the real world and out of the mind. Tips #2 When anxiety spikes focus on your breath as best as you possibly can and ideally slow down your breath until it calms to a slower pace than normal. Our breath regulates our nervous system and it is within our control. We can’t conciously regulate our nervous system but we can consciously regulate our breath. So if you breath slowly you can watch in real time your nervous system calm down and every successful person will tell you before a big event it’s imperative to breath deeply calmly and conciously if you want to remain composed. Tip#3 and big one Remove yourself from whatever situation you’re in. A woman I just heard about came out with a book called your anxiety is giving me anxiety. It’s important to understand we live in a quantum field whereas energy is constantly being transferred between people and often anxiety is nothing more than a product of an unhealthy environment and this is your bodies way of saying you don’t belong here. Listen to it and leave and get back to your own energy and if you must return coming into the circumstances from a centered place will always lead to a better result than going in unprepared unequiped and reactive.
