Onboarding a va which is doing the following: -Answering calls, emails, texts -Scheduling both in person quotes and jobs, I will do in person quotes - Collecting payment if running late or getting close to the 7 day net pay we have although we aim for upon completion -Maybe review follow up -Social media posting -Few other things I cant think of rn.. We are using slack and I am putting stuff in there for techs and vas, but I guess my question is, how do you guys onboard your va's the best? Videos, pictures, how do you do it? Just looking for ideas as I start working on a onboarding/training.

We have been in business for a few years now a want to start collecting deposits. I was thinking 20-30 percent upfront wanted to hear what you boys think about that. Secondly I was thinking how do you guys collect deposits ? I was in touch with a company who can take them through CC but charges 3.5 percent. Do you Maks the customer pay that ? Or do you pay the 3.5 percent on the 20 percent deposit and if they wan to pay with CC for final 80 percent they are responsible for the fee after that.
