Retail and fashion

Just wondering if anyone has worked with this niche and what experience they have had. We have found conversion rate is low after a meeting. Working out if it’s industry trend and to target another niche. Or if we just need to get way better at converting, which of course is a given but I have to say compared to other sales jobs I’ve done have found the conversion rate very low. Any advice would be v helpful.
