Objection handling „there is currently no interest in the service‘
Six months ago, I spoke with a lead who told me to call back after the autumn break.
Now I’m calling back after the break, and the assistant speaks to the lead beforehand, then tells me that there is currently no interest in the service and that they are already well-covered in that area.
How would you approach objection handling in this situation?
