Let me set the scene
Your sitting doing cold calling, you have your script memorised and younhave your lead list but some time cold calling session, on one of the call you either mess up the script, miss pronounce a word or even ask the wrong question.
The call ends your mind starts running with various of negative thoughts like
'Why did I say that?'
'If only I didn't ask that question'
'Man I suck at this'
Then these thoughts end up messing with your next call and you end up in this endless spiral.
How do you guys stop this from occurring or am I the only one with this problem?
