What is a True Healer or is it just a trend you’re following?
In many healing communities and traditions, a “true healer” is someone who:
1. Has done their own inner work — healed themselves to a significant extent.
2. Operates from abundance— doesn’t need to borrow energy, money or validation from others.
3. Supports rather than competes — feels joy in other people’s growth and success.
4. Embodies integrity and authenticity — their words, actions and results align consistently.
If someone lacks these qualities but calls themselves a healer, it’s a strong signal that the title may be more aspirational than real.
How to Recognize a True Healer :-
A true healer has healed themselves deeply enough to operate from a place of alignment and abundance.
They:
* Celebrate the growth and success of others without jealousy or insecurity.
* Are self-sufficient and don’t need to borrow money, energy or validation from others.
* Encourage fellow healers instead of feeling threatened by them.
If someone claims to be a healer but consistently demonstrates insecurity, jealousy or dependence on others, this is a clear sign that their journey as a healer is still in progress — and that’s okay, but it’s important to discern authenticity.
True healing is reflected not just in words but in energy, integrity and the ability to thrive while uplifting others.
