Feeling like this year is changing too fast? Does it feel like your identity is losing continuity? Welcome to 2026
We have now entered 2026. This is the year the media has openly highlighted as the moment AI becomes part of everyday life. Headlines talk about jobs changing, automation expanding, and intelligent systems assisting work that once required extensive manual or mechanical effort. With all the noise, it is easy to feel uneasy about the future and quietly wonder, “Who am I in a world that is changing this fast?” Here is a truth worth holding. There is no need to panic. While some job tasks will be redefined, current reports show that AI adoption is moving far more gently than the hype suggested. Most large organizations are implementing AI in phases, using it to assist the workforce while people learn and adapt. In many cases, roles are being reshaped rather than eliminated. Your relevance is not disappearing. It is evolving. Learning to use AI for your own everyday needs can help you adapt calmly and confidently as workplace changes arise. Even more importantly, it shows that AI need not be intimidating. It can be practical, cooperative, and even a little bit fun. To help you get started, here are three simple, harmless prompts you can try in ChatGPT or Dominio. Think of them as a way to explore AI as a supportive assistant that works with you and respects what you value. Three Gentle AI Prompts to Try From Overwhelm to Clarity: “I feel overwhelmed by [task or situation]. Break it into the smallest possible steps I can do today.” Everyday Household Problem Solver: “I’m dealing with [household issue]. What are a few simple, low-cost things I can try before calling a professional?” Your Daily Thinking Partner: “Act as my thinking partner. Ask me three helpful questions to clarify what matters most today.” ( Copy the Prompt in Quoats and paste it into the Chat box of your AI application.) Why These Prompts Help: One turns anxiety into action by helping you focus on what is manageable right now. Another builds confidence and saves time by offering practical support while respecting your judgment. The third reminds you that AI does not replace your thinking. It supports it.
