How to change
I want to change, I want to stop consuming mindless content every day on repeat and actually go and chase my goals, experience life not through a screen but by actually being there and every time I try to change I just go back to my baseline watching YouTube/shorts or playing video games.
And the annoying thing is that when I go out and do something that I enjoy I don't do it again even tho I know I like doing it. If you have any tips on how I could make myself change to better fit my goals then please write them and thank you for reading
