🔥 WEEK 2 CHALLENGE: “Catch the Pattern” 👀🔁
This week is all about building awareness in real time—not just thinking about your patterns, but actually seeing them as they happen. Step 1: Identify your pattern 🧠From the worksheet, choose ONE pattern that keeps showing up for you.👉 (Example: shutting down, overthinking, people-pleasing, avoiding, etc.) Write it out: “The pattern I’m working on noticing is…” ✍️ Step 2: Track it daily 📍For the next 5–7 days, notice when this pattern shows up:• What triggered it?⚡ • How did you feel in that moment? 😵‍💫 • What did you do automatically? 🔄 No fixing it. No judging it. Just notice. Step 3: Share one real moment 💬Post in the community at least once this week: • What happened • The pattern you noticed • Where you think it might come from 💡 Bonus (for deeper awareness):Ask yourself:👉 “How did this pattern try to help or protect me here?” 🤝 This challenge isn’t about changing the pattern yet—it’s about catching it clearly. Because once you can see it… you’re no longer running on autopilot. 🔓✨

Think of a familiar object—like a mug ☕. Many of us carry quiet stories tied to these objects. Perhaps you saw a mug break during a tense moment. And now, even years later, if you see a broken mug at work, your brain jumps to that old conclusion—predicting an argument had happened. But this week, pause. 🌱Think about a personal object in your life that carries a similar weight. Think about a personal object—or even a place—in your life that carries a similar weight. When you notice that old cue, do something new—place flowers in the mug 🌼. In that small action, you let your daily experience recondition itself. You disrupt the old pattern. You give yourself a chance to see new possibilities. As Seneca said, "To be happy, you must eliminate two things: the fear of a bad future and the memory of a bad past." What personal object—or place—will you reframe this week, and what new meaning might you discover?
