Step 1: Identify your pattern 🧠From the worksheet, choose ONE pattern that keeps showing up for you.👉 (Example: shutting down, overthinking, people-pleasing, avoiding, etc.)
Write it out: “The pattern I’m working on noticing is…” ✍️
Step 2: Track it daily 📍For the next 5–7 days, notice when this pattern shows up:• What triggered it?⚡
• How did you feel in that moment? 😵💫
• What did you do automatically? 🔄
No fixing it. No judging it. Just notice.
Step 3: Share one real moment 💬Post in the community at least once this week:
• What happened
• The pattern you noticed
• Where you think it might come from
