Week 2 UNDERSTANDING THE TRAUMA BOND
In Week 2, we gently explore why trauma bonds form and why letting go can feel so difficult. You’ll learn how cycles of affection and pain condition the mind and nervous system, and why your reactions are survival responses — not weakness. This understanding helps release shame, build compassion for yourself, and create awareness so you can begin breaking the emotional cycle with safety, clarity and support.

Week 3 NERVOUS SYSTEM CALMING
In Week 3, we gently focus on calming the nervous system so your body can begin to feel safe again. You’ll learn simple grounding and soothing practices to ease anxiety, reduce emotional overwhelm, and settle the stress responses created by toxic or trauma-bonded relationships. As your body softens out of survival mode, healing becomes steadier, clearer and more compassionate toward yourself.

Week 4 reclaiming self worth
In Week 4, we gently begin reconnecting you with the parts of yourself that were dimmed, doubted or lost in the toxic relationship. You’ll explore self-worth, boundaries and identity with compassion — not pressure. This week helps you remember your value, rebuild trust in yourself and take up emotional space again, so freedom grows from the inside out — gently, safely, and in your own time.
