LP vs. GP
What path are you working on and why?
I'm generally curious what moves people in the multifamily business.
Deciding if you want to be a GP (General Partner) and take on 100% of the control and responsibility of the deal or an LP (Limited Partner) and remain completely passive with zero operational responsibilities is the choice all of us need to make.
I probably have this conversation with people 5+ times per week. Especially people who are just entering into this business.
So where do you stand and why?
