Can i be KP?
Curious, what does it usually take to qualify as a KP on a larger multifamily deal? I own close to 20 doors, including a 10-unit and 3-unit, and have completed 35+ purchases and 10–15 flips. Would that experience help someone pursuing a 30–50 unit deal? Happy to connect if anyone needs an additional principal on a deal.
