I run four companies off a gmail address. ([email protected]) Everybody told me to get a company email. I heard it for years. I kept the gmail. Same reason I don't close doors on people or think I'm something special. It's not real, and people can feel it. I'm not trying to pass a test. Nobody has ever partnered with me because of my email signature. They partnered with me because I picked up the phone and did what I said I would do. Seventeen years. Curious, what does it usually take to qualify as a KP on a larger multifamily deal? I own close to 20 doors, including a 10-unit and 3-unit, and have completed 35+ purchases and 10–15 flips. Would that experience help someone pursuing a 30–50 unit deal? Happy to connect if anyone needs an additional principal on a deal.
