Company Data Template
Hello everyone, As promised, I have prepared an Excel template to help you organize your business information. Please download it and take a look to see if it makes sense for your setup. I have also added a new lesson to the classroom titled: "Prepare your company data for the accountant." In that lesson, you’ll find a video where I walk you through exactly how to fill out the table step-by-step. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask! You can leave them in the comments section below. Remember: There are no stupid questions—only the ones that don't get asked! Happy organizing! :)

Accountancy service
Hi, I am reaching out to offer a streamlined accountancy service specifically designed for UK landlord companies. I am currently offering a full service package—including your Annual Accounts and CT600 (Corporation Tax Return)—for the exceptional price of £450 + VAT. How to keep the price so low: I developed a specific data submission process. By following my simple guidance on providing your information, we ensure the process is smooth, efficient, and requires minimal back-and-forth. What is included: - Annual Accounts & CT600 Filing: Ensuring full compliance with HMRC and Companies House. - Monthly Q&A via Skool.com: We will have a dedicated community space on Skool where you can post your questions throughout the month. - Monthly Group Meeting: I will host a monthly session to provide detailed answers to your questions and share relevant tax updates. I will be announcing the date and time of our first introductory meeting shortly. My email address: [email protected] Best wishes, Natalia

In Wales rules changed for anti-discrimination rules wich costs 36 pound per house
You will no doubt have been hearing a lot in the press and on social media regarding the upcoming implementation of the Renters Rights Act 2025 and all of the changes it is going to bring. Well, the good news for all landlords in Wales is that the act does not apply here! We went through our major changes back in 2022 when the Renting Homes Wales Act came into force. Whilst the major changes from the Renters Rights Act do not apply; there are a couple of things that will be changing which relate to anti-discrimination rules, and as such, we will need to send out a new written statement to all tenants notifying them of the changes. We have to do this between the 1st and 14th of June for all existing tenancies but cannot send it earlier as the exact wording is still being finalised. As you know we try to keep costs for our landlords down to a minimum, but we are going to have to charge a one off admin fee of £36 (inc VAT) per property to cover the amount of work required in a short space of time to keep all landlords compliant. If you could confirm by this Friday 5pm that you are OK for us to proceed it would be much appreciated. Any questions let me know.
