Hello everyone,
I’m excited to share that my property in Newcastle, which I purchased at auction, will soon be ready. I’ve invested nearly £25,000 in refurbishments. As a foreign national without a residence permit, I’m curious: am I eligible to obtain a mortgage on this property? Any insights would be greatly appreciated.
