Flip and mortgage for forghner
Hello everyone, I’m excited to share that my property in Newcastle, which I purchased at auction, will soon be ready. I’ve invested nearly £25,000 in refurbishments. As a foreign national without a residence permit, I’m curious: am I eligible to obtain a mortgage on this property? Any insights would be greatly appreciated.

Hello jelena It is possible as a forghner if we have property in uk so can we get any loan or mortgage on that property I don’t have any residency status in uk last year I bought flat in cash.

Hello Last year I bought apartments in Edinburgh and got rent 950 £ per month. But It’s not enough because I live in Prague and I want grow I did invest my all saving in this appartment because as forghner I can buy only in cash. It is possible if I have cash 150k plus and earn 2k per month ?
