Don't sabotage your progress for the holidays!
With family gatherings and all the "yummy" treats around us, it is difficult to stay on track. Some key behaviors that can set you up for success:
Eat before going out for drinks
Bring food that you prefer to eat
Don't go if you can't control yourself
understand that if you slip up... don't burn the wagon down, get back on and try to do better.
