Day 1 of 2025
Workout @ 0630 - 10 miles on the echo bike, 10 minutes on the Maxi climber, followed by legs and back strength training.
Breakfast @ 0930- 4 eggs with bacon bits and Mexican cheese and 2 slices beef bacon.
Dinner will be @ 1600 - a NY strip steak with a salad (romaine lettuce, parmesan cheese).
I have discontinued drinking green tea monsters and replaced it with hot tea.
