YouTube Thumbnails for a Podcast

Hi everyone! I'm new here! I have a question concerning thumbnails for a podcast. I never thought of my thumbnails as an important part of the game but now I'm all in and I want to constantly improve.

I'm seeing some podcast channels with thumbnails that include the host, the guest and a big bold text while others only have the face of the guest on the thumbnail with the big bold text even if the guest is not super famous. What do you recommend?
