Systems Seem More Reliable Than Motivation.
One thing I’m starting to realize is that motivation comes and goes, but systems help you keep moving even when you don’t feel like doing anything.
At first, I thought I needed more motivation or inspiration. But lately it feels more like having a repeatable process matters more.
Even something simple like setting aside time each day to create, organize, or schedule content seems to remove a lot of decision fatigue.
The people who seem to last long term are probably not relying on motivation every day. They’re building systems that make consistency easier.
