Sisters, what a powerful night. 💛 If you were with us live, thank you for showing up and bringing your whole heart into the room. If you missed it, this post is your seat at the table. Pull up a chair. Tonight we sat with one truth: the blood of Jesus does not just forgive your sins, even more, it cleanses your conscience. "How much more [surely] will the blood of Christ… cleanse your conscience from dead works and lifeless observances to serve the ever living God?" — Hebrews 9:14 (AMP) 🤍 What we walked through 1. What the conscience is. Romans 2:15 calls it the inner witness God placed inside every person — the part of us that accuses or defends. A guilty conscience cannot worship freely, pray boldly, or receive love easily. 2. The problem. Scripture describes consciences that are seared (1 Timothy 4:2), corrupted (Titus 1:15), and evil (Hebrews 10:22). Many believers walk through life forgiven on the books but still tormented on the inside. 3. The power of the blood. Hebrews 10:22 says our hearts are sprinkled clean. 1 Peter 3:21 calls it an appeal to God for a good, clear conscience through the resurrection of Jesus. The High Priest Himself silences the accuser in our inner courtroom. Verdict: not guilty. 4. Walking it out. Paul ties faith and a good conscience together (1 Timothy 1:5, 1:19; Acts 24:16). We cooperate with what the blood already did by receiving the cleansing, confessing quickly, refusing the enemy's replay, and living in the light. 💬 Let's keep the conversation going.
