I know, because I lived it. For years I looked strong outside while wrestling with insecurity and the aftereffects of trauma inside. I had Scripture and prayer, but no one gave me both the Word AND the tools to heal. So I built this table.
I'm Wendy, a Life & Leadership Coach and Soul Care Practitioner. After 20 years in ministry and coaching, this work took me from quietly holding it together to walking women back to themselves.
