Hand fighting day at the SKOOL 🥋🔥 We worked the “Kung Fu move”... that little wrist turn from outside to inside that kills the punch and opens the arm drag 🤜🤛 Keep the hands home, elbows down, chin tucked 👊 Don’t fight force with force. Redirect it. Guide it. Flow with it 🎯 That wrist rotation isn’t just technique, it’s timing and feel. The small stuff that separates reaction from awareness. In self-defense it protects your head. In Jiu-Jitsu it becomes your entry to control, back takes, and dominance 🧠🛡️ Drill slow. Feel the pressure change when their knuckles pass your center. Breathe. Stay calm. Precision first.
