Sales Networking / Best Practice Sharing
Hello everyone,
Starting a sales thread as made the suggestion. If you're in sales (or plan to get into sales) I would love to hear what industry you're in and more about your background.
I have been in the B2B software as a service industry for almost a year now (started last March.) This is my first official sales job.
I work as a sales development rep qualifying leads for our mid-market and enterprise sales reps (account executives.)
After making/sending 1,000s of cold calls/emails, and qualifying prospects over video calls, I have learned a lot this past year and have made some die hard friends on the team I work with.
Would love to hear about your story/background and best practices if you "carry a bag."
