How I Learned to Listen to God
Most people think “listening to God” means hearing a voice.
That is not how it works for most of us.
For me, it started in my darkest seasons.
Twenty years ago, when my life was falling apart.
And again about five years ago during a deep inner collapse.
What I learned then, and what I have mastered now, is this:
God does not usually shout.
God whispers through stillness.
Through a feeling.
Through a nudge.
Through a quiet knowing that does not come from the thinking mind.
The mind asks questions.
The soul gives direction.
God speaks through awareness, not anxiety.
When the body is tense and the inner energy system is in survival mode, guidance feels distant.
When the body softens and awareness opens, guidance becomes obvious.
Listening to God is less about effort.
And more about removing the noise.
Less thinking.
More presence.
Less trying to control.
More willingness to receive.
If you have been asking for clarity, direction, or peace, here is the practice:
Slow down.
Soften the body.
Let the breath deepen.
Notice what feels true before the mind starts debating it.
That quiet sense of knowing?
That is the signal.
This is exactly what we will be exploring together in my free 2 day live training:
We will look at why awareness and guidance cannot fully land until the body is aligned.
And how embodiment creates a clear channel for intuition, clarity, and inspired action.
If you feel the pull, trust it.
