Challenged myself

I got up this morning after my alignment and felt unstoppable… I booked a sculpt class that I have not done in over a year. Old bs telling me I wouldn’t be able to do it, 60 minutes in a heated room, intense core workout as well as legs.. and I’m here to say I did it. 🔥

The instructor came up to me after class and said “it was as if I had never left”… I didn’t miss a beat. I danced with those ogres this morning in that class and it felt amazing…. Don’t let your belief system stand your way…
