Challenged myself
I got up this morning after my alignment and felt unstoppable… I booked a sculpt class that I have not done in over a year. Old bs telling me I wouldn’t be able to do it, 60 minutes in a heated room, intense core workout as well as legs.. and I’m here to say I did it. 🔥 The instructor came up to me after class and said “it was as if I had never left”… I didn’t miss a beat. I danced with those ogres this morning in that class and it felt amazing…. Don’t let your belief system stand your way… Thank you I love you all @Thomas Miller @Janice Love @Daniel Bowles @Ryan Dalton

Opportunities to practice abundance, when stuff sucks.
Like every other body part, the hip's uses, benefits, abilities and talents become really obvious when it's not behaving in its normal fashion. I was trying to write this without actually saying "my hip is fucked up and almost everything is a challenge." Ooops, there... I said it. Challenge, challenge - Universal life force, Divine Mother and Father, please bestow upon me your wisdom and grace.... and healing, if you don't mind... so that I may better succeed at re-framing what is happening, what I am experiencing. Thank you for the moments of calm and peace in-between the BS. "I radically embrace now" works... for a moment. But it also reminds me of the pilot Star Trek episode called Menagerie, when Captain Pike (predecessor to Kirk) and a woman named Veena were held captive in a "zoo" and tried to mentally block the Bad Aliens' mind-control techniques. Weirdly instead of love, Veena had discovered over the decades that only primitive thoughts of hate, would block their abilities to read their prisoners' minds. I know compared to some people's fate...those in wars, crashes, ICUs.... I have a decent chance of returning to how I was a month ago. And want to improve even beyond that. What works for you, when stuff sucks, what do you turn to, practice or seek?

Just in time for 🎄: A Fresh Perspective on Weight Loss (Free Quiz)
Most people can lose weight if they really grind hard enough. But almost everyone gains it back. Not because they are weak. Not because they fall off. But because they are running their health from the same identity that created the weight in the first place. And every holiday season, the same thing happens again. Most people add five more pounds to the stack. So I started asking a different question.🤨 What if the real solution is not losing the weight… but keeping it off effortlessly because your identity has shifted? I can help anyone lose weight with IF and macros, and I am even certified to prescribe Ozempic as a last resort, but losing the weight is not the issue. The real challenge is sustaining your ideal weight after you lose it. That is why I created this free quiz. It measures the eight categories that determine whether your body will keep the weight off or quietly move you back to your old baseline. Take it here👉 https://truehealth.scoreapp.com If you, or someone you know, wants clarity on why weight loss has not stayed off before, this quiz will show you exactly where the gaps live. Comment "👍🏽" if you agree with this shift in perspective. And ask any questions that may come up.

@Thomas Miller I'd prefer a perspective on muscle/weight gain, but it's probably the same technique. I mean, I could put on weight probably, but it wouldn't be healthy weight because I'd have to do it by eating stuff I know isn't good for me and I'd feel like crap. Maybe it's a good thing I tolerate very little sweets, alcohol, dairy, chips....snaaaackkss. I do love a little chocolate.
Energy
I heard something recently that Taylor Swift had said in an interview…you should think of your energy as an "expensive, luxury item". I really wasn’t sure if I agreed with that statement.. although the more I ponder on it the more I agree. Made me rethink how I spend my day and who do I spend my energy on.. who I choose to invest my time with, whether it be the books I read for the podcast I listen to… What are your thoughts on her statement? @Janice Love @Ryan Dalton @Thomas Miller @Daniel Bowles

Neither she, nor those 3 words (expensive luxury item) appeal to me. Everybody has energy and our energy is PRICELESS! i call it a gift from God. It's not something you can buy at Gucci, Taylor - geez! Since I spent the majority of my life living for others instead of caring for myself, I live alone now and focus on eliminating my blocks, fears and negativity to level up my energy and love vibration, to create the life I want. I'm shifting away from consuming too much media, reacting, reading news, etc. because I've really observed how consuming bad news and dark shit messes up people's heads. We lose our way when we can no longer see the light. I commune with my small band of beloveds - 2 sisters, a couple of close friends, and when I'm out and about, anyone I meet. Now that my boundaries are so much better, my interactions with everybody are more fun. Do guard your energy, YES!!! Goals: don't spend time with energy vampires, don't feel the need to explain myself or apologize. - I'm working on all these with awareness and I learn more every day.🌸
