My steps this week were: More than last week even with two less days!
My biggest win was: Finishing strong by exercising 4 of 5 days this week alone!
My biggest struggle was: regular eating, esp. protein
My next workout is on: Monday
Thanks for the challenge-it helped to get me past my plateau. Meal planning helped greatly in a lot of ways. I also worked on changing my love affair with food by putting it in its proper perspective (work in progress 🫣). Now to get to work on my sleep (lack of)! (Note: Pictures uploaded to my profile.)
