Checking in after week 1
My weight is: 99 lbs to start to 98 lbs (yesterday)
My steps this week were: >70k
My biggest win was: sticking to the diet as far as food. Also ACV for 2 meals a day.
My biggest struggle was: try to do stretching before and after a workout
My next workout is on: Tuesday
I'm too lazy to write details on the journal but I put it in my tracking calories app
Also pics of my meal prep for breakfast and lunch
As for dinner, I always cook the same day so I don't get bored.
