We've taught our bodies a song called "Faster, Faster, Faster," and we play it on repeat as we dash to the store, fly through our inbox, or juggle a dozen different conversations at once. But what if you gave yourself a gift? A tiny, sparkling treasure of a moment. Just ten seconds—that's all! Right in the middle of a step, a click, or a thought, simply... pause. Stop right there, in the beautiful, messy middle of your day. And in that pause, ask your heart a joyful question: "Where is this grand rush really taking me?" You'll likely discover a delightful secret: you're rushing to nowhere special! You're perfectly on time. Life isn't a race with a finish line, and the universe will absolutely keep spinning if you take a moment to simply *be*.
