I'm excited to host our first group workout of the year this coming Sunday.
Join me at 10am for a circuit style strength session at Indy Performance Authority.
If you plan on coming, please RSVP below for a head count. It will last roughly 60-75 with warm up, cold down and a bit of stretching. Optional coffee stop after! Just bring your self, bottle of water, towel if you're sweaty, and eagerness to get fit! 537 E Ohio St, Indianapolis, IN 46204
