Crew Meeting 07MAR2025 -Tim dropped rough draft of Service Standards and Standard Operating Procedures in the company chat. Please familiarize yourself with these documents. -SKOOL: Classroom–You should be following this and keeping tabs on your totals. -Nolan will be managing some posts on SKOOL, FB, and Instagram -Isaac concerned about safety and being sure everyone is following the Checklist for all safety procedures. Everyone should be following the checklist and reminding others to do the same. -Tim needs to get some safety materials to Isaac and to check if he is eligible to get his CTSP. -Tim would like to go through the EHAP again. -Tim mentioned that company employees would get a 50% discount on any services performed by the company. ACTION Items: Tim: Find Safety materials, Tailgate safety, etc. Isaac: Use the Shop card to make minor repairs, anything under $50 he has approval to take care. Over $50, needs to get approval. Communicate all repairs with Nathan. Andrea: Post these notes on SKOOL, get Isaac a Debit card for the shop account.

28FEB2025 Crew Video Meeting –Tim dropped flow chart for the work flow from initial contact to payment –Tim will be sent on limited calls for those who request an Arborist or him specifically, Justin will be handling most sales calls. –Tim will be focused on training Adam and vetting new hires. –Nolan will be focused on be a crew member and climber; he will also start managing our social media accounts. –Until we have another crew leader, we will be running one crew–Nevin will be crew lead until we have a good option to replace him. Nevin will also be focused on PHC when the season for treatments is upon us. –Nathan will focus on shop and equipment maintenance. –Looking for ways to keep guys working through winter next year, if possible. –Justin needs to get Nevin set up with Arborgold and help him learn how to navigate it. –Nevin w/PHC: schedule limited to a couple weeks of treatment time in the Spring/Fall. Needs to schedule follow-ups for after treatments-could be just a phone call, but may need to be a visit. Will do the PHC sales calls when available. –Nevin needs to follow up with Hidden Valley about injections with Justin. –Nevin needs to follow up with Jeff Carey for PHC –Nolan could post pics of wraps for canker warms once he gets access to our FB account Crew focus: Crew 1: Ready to go Crew 2: Build out this year PHC: Full Time Crew 3: Not until Crew 1&2 have Crew Leaders other than Nevin –Adam: start date March 24th, 2025.
