-Tim dropped rough draft of Service Standards and Standard Operating Procedures in the company chat. Please familiarize yourself with these documents.
-SKOOL: Classroom–You should be following this and keeping tabs on your totals.
-Nolan will be managing some posts on SKOOL, FB, and Instagram
-Isaac concerned about safety and being sure everyone is following the Checklist for all safety procedures. Everyone should be following the checklist and reminding others to do the same.
-Tim needs to get some safety materials to Isaac and to check if he is eligible to get his CTSP.
-Tim would like to go through the EHAP again.
-Tim mentioned that company employees would get a 50% discount on any services performed by the company.
ACTION Items:
Tim: Find Safety materials, Tailgate safety, etc.
Isaac: Use the Shop card to make minor repairs, anything under $50 he has approval to take care. Over $50, needs to get approval. Communicate all repairs with Nathan.
Andrea: Post these notes on SKOOL, get Isaac a Debit card for the shop account.
