Allow Yourself Grace
One of the hardest parts of grief - is that the world keeps going, moving in ways we cannot. People think you’re ok, but you’re exhausted. People think you’re holding it together, but you’re barely hanging on. People see you smile, but they do not see how heavy your eyes and heart are. They can see your strength, but not the cost it carries you. Your calm, but not the noise you hear. . People cannot see all that we feel. Allow yourself space and grace - to transform into the new version of you. Growth like a caterpillar, wings like a butterfly, and strength like a God. xo

Finger exercise!! 😆✌🏻
Alright, let’s do a hand folding exercise. Ok- clasp your hands and interlock your fingers - what thumb is on top? How does it feel? Now- switch it up and interlock your fingers in the opposite way, so your other thumb is on top. How does this feel? SO ~ what I want you to note is how natural one way feels for you vs how the “other” way feels. What feels natural to us, may not be natural to someone else. So here is where I’d like to address the amazing concept of accepting differences in others. This is a great metaphor for how some of us need to shift our thinking slightly, to be able to change our perceptions because not everyone thinks like you. What may be natural for you may not be for someone else. Much love from Texas friends! ps. Try it with your arms!

Good Friday!
Good Friday is a powerful reminder that even the heaviest grief has purpose. It’s a day that holds sorrow, reflection, and the weight of loss, but also truth. The kind that asks us not to run from our pain, but to sit with it honestly, in real time. Grief can take a toll. It can feel overwhelming, raw, and unrelenting. But there’s something sacred about allowing it to be what it is—without rushing to fix it or soften it. Just living in it, breathing through it, and trusting that it’s shaping something deeper within us. There is strength in that kind of honesty. Strength in staying present, even when it hurts. Good Friday shows us that even in the darkest moments, there is meaning—and eventually, there is renewal.
