What music do you like to listen to while training at the gym, and what really motivates you? I find that the right music can make an incredible difference.
For me, I’ve found that I prefer listening to motivating instrumental music. I used to listen to a lot of hip-hop, but in my opinion, the lyrics often don’t have the best mindset as they frequently deal with violence and similar themes. Maybe you see it differently.
