Pack discussion: When the new approach starts working
A familiar pattern can show up after a win, too. A team has one great practice with players running warmups. The next time there’s a little confusion, the coach takes over and runs the whole thing again.
That’s an internal thermostat moment. The new approach is starting to work, but the old routine still feels easier to trust. The useful detail is the moment the switch happens: the first delay, the first missed assignment, or the first time the coach has to wait instead of stepping in.
